Partner/Co-Founder Casey Barrett is a staffing executive with 15+ years of experience in the Kansas City market. He has an entrepreneurial spirit, is relationship driven, and has risen through the ranks holding just about every possible position within the staffing industry. His favorite things about the business are participating in the success and growth of others, putting great opportunities in front of people they wouldn’t have known about otherwise, and learning about and contributing to the success of companies of all shapes, sizes, and industries. Casey is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he played baseball (Once a Jayhawk, always a Jayhawk!) and is passionate about his family, friends, music, and all things Kansas City sports.
Brandon Beauchaine
A Partner and Co-Founder at B3 Consulting, Brandon is a staffing and recruiting professional that has a demonstrated history of helping companies identify and hire the talent that they need to be successful. He takes great pride in helping people reach their professional goals, and believes this is best achieved by taking the time to get to know the needs and desires of the candidate to ensure that any opportunity will be a great fit for both parties. Brandon is also passionate about training, developing, and mentoring junior recruiters and being even a small part of their success. He is a huge sports fan, so much so that some might say he has a problem. He is a Chiefs season ticket holder, and an avid (rabid?) fan of the Royals and KU Athletics. Any spare time, he prefers to spend on the golf course, or hanging with friends and family.
